Board Chair Cheryl Stamm – President, CCS Software Solution Consulting, llc
Most recently Cheryl was VP of Sales for Balanced Insight, Inc., (a CincyTech portfolio company) focused on Agile Business Intelligence delivery software. Prior to that Cheryl spent 6 years at SAS Institute as Sr. Sales Director managing a $45M division selling Business Intelligence solutions to the Fortune 500 companies in discrete manufacturing, automotive and commercial services; (GM, Chrysler, Toyota, Whirlpool, TransUnion, LexisNexis, Nielsen, Cardinal Health, Hertz, Enterprise). In this role she managed a team of 20 individuals made up of 3 sales managers and 17 account executives. In her last year at SAS the business grew 12% which was made up of $10M in new sales and recurring revenue of $35M. Prior to SAS, Cheryl was with start up company, Synchrony Systems, as VP Sales. At Synchrony Cheryl worked with Balanced Insight CEO, Tom Hammergren, and along with Synchrony CEO, Mark Richey, grew the company and sold to Divine. Synchrony developed and sold eCRM software for the call center space.

Her career includes human resources leadership roles with companies in a variety of industries and ten years with the global leader in career management services where she worked closely with diverse individuals, from CEO’s to professional athletes, coaching them in pursuit of their best “career life”. She has been widely quoted in national publications, been featured on numerous radio shows and is the past Career Contributor on Chicago’s WCIU TV and currently on Cincinnati’s Fox19 TV. She is the author of “Stop Peeing On Your Shoes: Avoiding the 7 Mistakes that Screw Up your Job Search”.. She is a graduate of Purdue University and lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Members Carla Walker - President/CEO, think BIG strategies, llc
In 2010 and after five years serving as the Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Cincinnati, she launched think BIG strategies, llc, a management consultancy firm. She now helps clients achieve their big goals using her unique multi-disciplined background in government relations, communications and community engagement. Her projects have included organizing the week-long visit of a delegation of business leaders from Kyrgyzstan, establishing the brand loyalty for a new women’s business resource directory in Southwest Ohio, crafting the marketing plan for a local community center, designing community engagement of globally oriented organizations for the 2012 World Choir Games, and supporting community engagement strategies for the Transit Authority. Her firm has managed political campaigns for candidates running for Ohio State Supreme Court, Cincinnati City Council and School Board. An active community volunteer, Carla serves on the Boards of the Cincinnati Opera, Peaslee Neighborhood Center, 85 Broads-Cincinnati, and Bad Girl Ventures. She is the former Vice President of the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission, which is one of the country’s oldest organizations focusing on creating racial and ethnic harmony. She is the co-Chair of the Poverty Task Force for the Greater Cincinnati United Way. As Vice President of the Cincinnati-Nancy Sister City Association she helps oversee the city-to-city relationship between Cincinnati and Nancy, France. She serves on the National Board of Directors for Sister Cities International and serves as Chair of Membership for the more than 2,000 relationships that US cities have around the world. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Harvard, a Master’s in Environmental Engineering Science from the University of Florida and Bachelors in Biology from the University of Cincinnati. For balance, she relies on a group of friends most of whom she has known for more than 25 years. Carla loves to travel and enjoys the company and stories of her nine God children: Nico, Xavier, Nina, Nadia, Jada, Kahi, Manoa, Matty, and Micah.
MaryAnn Pietromonaco - Vice President, Financial Advisor, Morgan Stanley A twenty-one year veteran of the financial services industry, MaryAnn has been with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney since 1999. She tries to focus her business on Cash Flow Management, Divorce Planning and Consolidation of Assets. She also specializes in reviewing all aspects of a financial plan including Insurance, Educational Funding, Investments and Estate Planning. MaryAnn is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST™. She has attained her Series 3, 7,8 24, 63, 65 and life and health insurance licenses and has been on the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Directors Club. MaryAnn completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New York, College at Oneonta. She also served as the Branch Manager until 2005 when she decided to step down from the responsibility to focus more on her clients needs. A native of New York, MaryAnn has resided in Kentucky for the eleven years with her husband, Matt Grannen and two sons. She participates in karate with her boys and currently has a black/red belt (eleventh level) She is an avid reader and enjoys running and wine tasting. MaryAnn has also served as Chairperson for HealthPoint Family Care Foundation Board and a board member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. She is currently a member of the Planned Gifts Committee of St. Elizabeth Medical Center and chairs the HealthPoint at the Pops annual event.
Lisa Roark – Benefits Consultant, Business Benefits
Lisa has now been with Business Benefits for the past nine years, where she is an Insurance Advisor for companies of all sizes. She consults with businesses with as few as two and as many as 500 employees. What makes Lisa different are her creative strategies that help employers not only tackle health care costs, but also incorporate wellness plans. She also keeps employers up-to-date and compliant with the many complexities resulting from Health Care Reform law. Lisa is highly involved in the N Ky Chamber of Commerce, where she recently graduated from their Leadership program.
